Our Onsite Support program has been especially developed to help the life-long goals of our jobseekers.
After we have carefully matched a jobseeker to your workplace, our team of Workplace Support Consultants will provide one-on-one support to reinforce the training provided by your workplace. We can implement strategies to assist your new employee to fully understand and perform their job duties.
We know that the first few weeks of employment is the most challenging for our jobseekers, and therefore our consultants are able to provide an education workshop about a particular disability.
As an employer, you will benefit from an easier and more supported training and induction period.
